Hurma Dessert

This dessert, which is among the unique tastes of Bursa cuisine, has been produced for half a century. this flavour was firstly made in a patisseries in Bursa in 1968. And day by day, It has gained popularity with its orginal taste and shape.

It is made with flour, sugar, eggs, yogurt, and 10 special spices. The dessert is served with sherbet and coconut. This flavour, has a mild taste,  is sold by the pedlers in many regions of Bursa.
