İnegöl Kofta

It is a meatball brand that belongs to İnegöl district of Bursa. It is a flavor that one of the most famous meatballs in Turkish kofta culture.

Minced meat is kneaded into round and large pieces of meatballs and then cooked on the grill. The most important features of “İnegöl” Kofta is that spices are not used. This flavour is served with roasted tomatoes, peppers and “Piyaz”, the special salad of this dish. You can find this dessert in Bursa’s restaurants, especially İnegöl district.
