

This snack, which is one of the snack flavors of the local Bursa cuisine, is especially made during Hıdırellez Festival and is served to everyone attended the feast.
The eggs are firstly boiled and their Shells are peeled. Then they are divided into two vertically and the eggs yolk are placed in a bowl. Parsley, black pepper, red pepper flakes and salt are added in the bowl and mixed. After that they are placed in the eggs White. To prevent the eggs from sticking to each other, they are coated to uncooked eggs White and fried in hot oil. Finally, it is served as a cold.
