Bursa Peach

This peach, which have many different types, is one of the favourite fruits in summer. The most important of the abundant juicy and sweet fruit is the hairy peel.

Among peaches, its seeds which is easily separated is called “freestone peach”, and the one that is attached to its meat is called “clingstone peach”. Freestone peach is usually eaten fresh. Clingstone peach is also conserved and produced jam form it.
