İznik Müşküle Grape is a special grape variety grown in the village of Müşküle, located in the İznik district of Bursa, distinguished by its unique flavor and quality. This grape has acquired its unique characteristics thanks to the region's fertile soils and the climate conditions specific to the Marmara Region. It is notable for its large, slightly elliptical berries, yellow-green color, and reddish hues on the sun-exposed parts. Preferred for table use due to its thick skin, firmness, juiciness, and delicious taste, the İznik Müşküle Grape is also used in the production of local products. A late-ripening grape variety unique to the Marmara Region, it ripens 3-4 weeks later than other table grape varieties and can be harvested from the end of October to November. Thanks to its long shelf life, the İznik Müşküle Grape retains its freshness until winter months. It is an important agricultural product in İznik and its surroundings, contributing significantly to the regional economy.
