I Saw the Stork in the Air Tour

A route where Bursa's historical and natural beauties are intertwined. Ancient villages, flying storks, lotus flowers, olive and fruit orchards and the most beautiful story of the transition from fresh water to salt water.

On day 1, the route starts with a pleasant breakfast in Cumalıkızık Village and continues with a magnificent sea view in Mudanya. Then, under the influence of the simple and sincere atmosphere of Kumyaka Village, the fragrance of citrus groves draws its visitors in. Afterwards, you can walk through the quiet and authentic streets of Tirilye and watch the sunset at Çamlı Kahve with a view of the Bursa Bay.

On the 2nd day, you can start the day by having breakfast or tea and coffee under the gigantic historical Inkaya Çınarı. Then you can visit the beautiful museums in Misi Village accompanied by the refreshing air of Nilüfer Stream and then you can observe the water lily flowers and different kinds of birds that inhabit Uluabat Lake with a boat tour in Gölyazı Village. This peaceful route ends in Eskikaraağaç Village, the only representative of the European Stork Villages Association in Turkey and home to Yaren Stork and Fisherman Adem Yılmaz, whose story spans continents.

Note: This route is for people over the age of 13 and who do not have any health problems that would prevent them from walking.
